My Story
I’m Jazmin Russell, a CAPM certified project manager and fractional program manager who helps small, women owned businesses turn complexity into clarity. Bringing order to chaos is my superpower, whether that means untangling messy workflows, aligning teams with competing priorities, or building systems that actually get used.
Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives across a wide range of industries, from learning management system implementations and curriculum transformations to property management software rollouts and operational process improvements. I’ve worked with both enterprise level teams and growing small businesses, and I kept seeing the same pattern: founders needed structure and accountability, but not the weight of corporate red tape.
That insight is what led me to start Jazmin Russell Consulting. My mission is to support women owned businesses with thoughtful systems, clear workflows, and practical program management that makes work feel lighter, not heavier.
