My Story
I’m Jazmin Russell, a certified project manager (CAPM) and fractional program manager. I’ve always had a natural talent for bringing order to chaos — whether it’s untangling messy workflows, aligning scattered teams, or building systems that actually stick.
Over the years, I’ve led projects across industries: implementing learning management systems, rolling out property management software, designing curriculum transformations, and improving operational efficiency for small teams. What I noticed again and again was that small businesses needed the same clarity and structure as large organizations — just without the corporate red tape.
