Q: How long does it take?

Prep work and reading the self-guided workbook will take around 2 hours. For the Fishbone Analysis workshop, I recommend 2 hours in a facilitated session with your team. The Summary of Findings will vary by team, in my experience it takes between 3 - 5 hours to reach a final document that is ready to share with the team.
